Analysis & submission of reports to top management for decision on promotion, compensation & benefits, training.Training & DevelopmentMap the present Competency, Skill gap analysis, Identify Training requirements of employees for upgrading Technical, Managerial, soft skills and confidence buildingArranging specialized training and development programmes like Attitudinal Change, InterpersonalRelations, Relationship Management, Corporate Culture, HR Policies, Product Knowledge, LeadershipTraining, Soft Skills Training and Team Building Leadership Development through consultants and Trainers.Preparation of training budgetPreparation of training calendar, schedules and batches for imparting training for all levels of employees, i.e. Executives, Managerial Staff and WorkmenEvaluation of the impact of training through review programs, Online surveys and feedbackSkills:business partnering,HRBP,Industrial Relation,Performance Appraisal,HR Management
