Job DescriptionSupporting and assisting the HR Head in running various programsScreen candidates and applicationsConduct preliminary interview and evaluate candidate potentialHelp to expand and implement a recruiting strategyAssist the Human Resources department in finding, reviewing, and selecting candidatesFind and attend career fairs to discover new talentResponding to general inquiries about HR processes, policies and programsSetup and assemble new hire paperwork, ensure employee files and paper work is always up to date and the relevant folders are updatedCoordinate and arrange for new hire orientation and other training programsMaintain and coordinate on-boarding and off-boarding programCoordinating the Buddy ProgramCoordinate with Banking partner to get the salary accounts created for new hireEnsuring all the HR related vendor bills are cleared within the timeEnsuring all workday entries are done accurately and timely with regards to hiring, transfer, exit or any employee life cycle change and data is always updatedPreparing dashboards and reports as per the requirementCoordinating visa and immigration related documentsMaking Training Programs Arrangements (e. g. Meeting Rooms, Stationary, External Venues)Assisting and coordinating training programs for Bangalore, as and when requiredData entry, administration updates about new hires, terminations and org changes in Workday Required skillsBachelor s / Master s degree in Human Resources and around 1- 4 years of relevant experienceProven experience in a recruiting roleMust have superior communication skills, both written and verbalAbility to explore new ways of reaching potential candidatesBe personable and outgoingExperience with digital recruiting platformsKeen ability to evaluate candidates and determine if they may fit with the position and companyFolks who can join immediately or with less notice period is preferred,
