Job SummaryYou will be aligned with our Capital Markets Processes vertical and help us with the part of the financial system concerned with raising capital by dealing in shares, bonds, and other long-term investments.You will be working as a part of Investment Banking team which specializes primarily in selling securities and underwriting the issuance of new equity shares to raise capital funds. They act as intermediaries between security issuers and investors and help new firms to go public.You will be responsible for Corporate Actioning where in you will manage day-to-day Back Office processing of Corporate actions, Research and resolve in-conflict notices,Communicate with custodians to obtain missing Corporate Action notices, Work with Proxy Service Vendors and internal groups to perform voting reviews, account ations and reporting requests.
