We consult, design, test, and innovate HVAC solutions for clients of central and small air conditioning system and we have an opening for an experienced HVAC project assistance or manger to lead projects and provide design expertise. Job Responsibilities Working Conditions Working Days 5 days per week Working Hours 8 hours per day Working Place(Location) Grugaon Annual Salary 7000 ~ 8000 USD The Term of Contract 12 months Total Rewards(Compensation) Insurance, House, Meal, Transportation Etc(2) Mandatory Qualification Degree B.Tech Major Mechanical Experience More than 5 years experience Skills/Licenses Required: Design of HVAC system including heat load calculation. Good knowledge of Auto cad. Design and drafting ducting, pipe sizing for with complete valve and fitting, pipe size calculation chilled water circuit to AHU, pipe sizing for VRV/VRF Drawing development and learning Designing of Air Distribution System (Ducting) & selection of accessories such as diffusers, grills, insulation, volume control dampers and fire dampers. Selection of indoor and outdoor units according to calculated CFM & TR. Ventilation/Pressurization calculation. Review/ Preparation of HVAC equipment specifications and equipment data sheets. Should have knowledge of Valuation of duct & pipe sizing, pumps head calculation and all related design parameters for the analysis of existing HVAC system for up gradation and preparing new proposal along with BOQ & material specifications for the consultant review. Should have experience in installation of Chiller, AHU, cooling tower, VRV/VRF and all other HVAC equipment Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule and costs Solid technical background, with understanding of all technicality of HVAC field. Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills. Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills. Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques Report and escalate to management as needed Excellent written and verbal communication skills Language English(Fluent), Hindi(Fluent) Etc Prefer to have HVAC relation license.
