    Hyperion Performance Management ConsultantJob descriptionHyperion Performance Management Consultant my itForte - Job Detail Hyperion Performance Management Consultant IT JOBS#157 Required Skills: Our client is a global consulting firm with presence in many countries. The company plans to recruit Hyperion Performance Management Consultant for their office in Bangalore.The selected candidate will be part of the Hyperion consulting team to provide implementation and support services to their clients.Key Requirements- Coordinating with Business Users using interviews, JAD sessions, surveys and/ or other techniques to analyze and capture detailed business requirements and documenting these into Business Requirement Document (BRD)- Providing initial product training for the clients core team- Guide the user team in preparing test plan, scenarios, structured test cases and requirement traceability matrix with acceptance criteria for User Acceptance Testing (UAT)- Data uploads from source system & Consolidation/ Translation for respective HFM applications using EPM Web Symphony tool- Design/ generate FR & Smartview templates/ reports as per user requirement- Working on Financial Reports for External and Internal reporting purposes- The job requires occasional travel within and outside IndiaKey Skills- Good knowledge of Financial Accounting/ Planning/ Budgeting concepts with expertise in functional aspects of Planning and Budgeting techniques.- Hands-on experience on various Hyperion Components viz. Financial Management, Financial Data Quality Management, Hyperion Infra, Shared Services, Financial Reporting, Hyperion Essbase and Smart View- Good Functional knowledge of the Modules (Application Creation, Managing Metadata, Process Management, ICP Transactions, Journals, Ownership Management).- Minimum two complete implementation project life cycle exposure including Post-live support.- Hands on experience on HFM monthly rollover processes like Consolidation, Translation & ICP Elimination processes using Web Symphony (EPM Maestro) tool.- Expertise in creating new groups and providing access controls for applications users using Hyperion Shared Services.- Knowledge of Hyperion Essbase & Planning apps. - Good understanding of change management process - Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Should be able to work as a team and as individual contributor
