    • Project Role Description :Drive innovative practices into delivery, bring depth of expertise to a delivery engagement. Sought out as experts, enhance Accentures marketplace reputation. Bring emerging ideas to life by shaping Accenture and client strategy. Use deep technical expertise, business acumen and fluid communication skills, work directly with a client in a trusted advisor relationship to gather requirements to analyze, design and/or implement technology best practice business changes.

    • Job Requirements :
        • Key Responsibilities : A Knowledge on technologies such as 5G and 4G networking B The engineer should offer support for LTE and small cell projects, and should understand protocols like VoLTE and ViLTE C A RAN engineer should have working knowledge of GSM, WCDMA, and LTE architectures D RAN engineer should providesupport and guidance on networks and maintaining network elements by providing remote assistance E Should provide software and hardware support for internal lab environment
        • Technical Experience : A 6 years of experience in the industry specifically in the Radio domain B Worked in RAN operations or implementation team for 4 years on 4G D Perform network analysis to troubleshoot issues during implementation and coordinate communications between different project team E Creating and executing test cases and organizing field trials of a network F Working knowledge of RAN performance parameters
        • Professional Attributes : 1 Should have strong communication skills 2 Should have strong design and implementation experience 3 Should be quick learner and flexible to explore new technical areas as per project need
        • Educational Qualification : BE/Btech
