Dear Candidate, Role: Documentation / On-Boarding Executive Job Location: Bangalore (Bellandur) Eligibility Criteria: 1. Degree: Any Graduate or Diploma Holder (No P.G) 2. Experience Level: 0 to 12 Months 3. Salary: 10 K Fixed (Variable Model) + (Very attractive incentives) 4. Type: 1 Year Contract Role. Full-time Conversion after 1 year based on performance.The primary job would involve the following activities: * Managing End to End Post offer follow up processes and operations with an online Interface. * Review the documents submitted by the candidates, approve or reject as per guidelines. * Regular follow up with candidates through call/mail to complete the documentation on priority. * Handling entire PAN India post offer follow up and onboarding. * Working closely on Offer, Offer Follow up, Onboarding (Joining) & joining formalities. * Ensuring timely initiation of reference checks before on-boarding of new employees. * Ensuring smooth execution of on-boarding/joining formalities which includes proper documentation. * Handled regularly onboarding and documentation through Taleo candidate gateway. * Worked with Offer releasing team. * Single point of contact for Onboarding related queries for all the Zones for the assigned candidates. * Coordinating with candidates for documentation. * Working on Taleo application. * Maintaining future joiners list and publish weekly MIS twice to the HR partners (Entire PAN India) Important: Excellent communication skills (Written and Spoken).
