Job Description

Vendor ManagementJob Location :Bannerghatta RoadNote : Salary will be provided by Net ambit(SPO).Salary: upto35k CTC.Qualification:-Graduate/MBA.Experience:-Min 1-2 Years can apply.Role Expectations & Responsibilities

  • Manage the on-boarding process for restaurants in a structured and timely manner
  • Work closely with the catalogue team to ensure changes communicated by restaurants are completed in a timely manner
  • Take charge of critical KPIs that affect the restaurants health as well as ones that ultimately boil down to customer experience.
  • Reach out to partners on call to drive projects that enable Swiggy to streamline business with the restaurants as well as ones
Desired Candidate:-
  • Graduate in any discipline from a reputed institution
  • Working closely with multiple operations teams to ensure smooth functioning
  • Excellent communications skills, both written and verbal. Multi-lingual is an important requirement
  • Vendor management skills
  • Proactive, flexible, and have impeccable follow through. Eagerly take on any tasks that need to be accomplished, keeping an open & positive attitude
  • Achieves a good result through a well-planned approach.
  • Recognizes the need to adapt to change & implement appropriate solutions. Be able to identify opportunities and recommend/ influence for change to increase effectiveness and success on campaigns
  • Comprehensive knowledge of call management, conflict resolution and cross-selling techniques.
  • Possess sound customer service skills with excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Quick learner and has the ability to handle multitask and prioritize responsibilities in an effective manner
  • Prior experience in stakeholder management
  • Proficient in MS-Office especially Excel
  • Proficiency in using Google Sheets and Google Assets
