Job Description

    - Solve complex business problems of the global supply chain & retail industry through Artificial Intelligence, especially through Deep Learning & Reinforcement Learning.- Build cutting-edge Generative AI solutions (including leveraging external assets like ChatGPT) to efficiently address real-world problems.- Lead R&D projects for solving critical Operations Research problems through Artificial Intelligence (e.g., Deep Q-Learning).- Build product-specific AI roadmaps, design and develop new algorithms, and integrate these algorithms into the relevant product offerings.- Lead the Machine Learning life-cycle for multiple products - experimentation, proof-of-concept, model development, testing, deployment and monitoring.- Solve non-routine, challenging problems, often on sparse or incomplete data sets. Define evaluation strategies to measure the performance of complex AI systems.- Systematic study of the latest research and industry developments in AI. Envisage next-generation challenges, and proactively recommend solutions to solve them.- Facilitate the IP generation process in the company, and works towards patenting key inventions. What lands you in this role - Minimum 10 years in Software Engineering & Machine Learning with at least 4 to 6 years in one or more of the following AI areas:1. Deep Learning,2. Natural Language Processing3. Computer Vision4. Reinforcement Learning5. AI Planning & Scheduling- Strong expertise in complex pattern recognition through ML frameworks like PyTorch, TensorFlow, Keras, etc.- Experienced in end-to-end development and productionization of large-scale AI solutions, including a strong understanding of MLOps/ModelOps.- Strong communication skills, including the ability to explain advanced technical concepts, ideas and solutions to both technical and non-technical collaborators.- (Preferred) Working knowledge of Dynamic Programming.- (Preferred) Strong knowledge of evolutionary/genetic Algorithms, dynamic programming, combinatorial optimization, etc.- (Preferred) Track record of publishing/presenting technical papers in reputed journals/conferences, filing patents, etc.,
