    Job Description
    • Troubleshooting Repair of EDC products = Servo drives / Motors / HMI and Motion controller products In house and at site as needed
    • SAP process from start of notification till end of repair with detailed technical report Prepare offer, negotiate and prepare invoice
    • Field service support to troubleshoot, analyses the product problems at customer site
    • Preparing detailed CAPA and RCA report for the repetitive failures and site observation to solve the problem end to end.
    • Maintenance training on EDC products to customer
