It is as simple as this: Work Hard. Have Fun. Make History.India Early Careers Manager (Talent Development)Our organization believes in hiring and developing the best . As the Early Careers Manager of AISPL, you will have two key responsibilities:(1) You will own the early careers programs to develop junior talent for our organization. You will manage the internship and graduate programs in the areas of recruitment, onboarding, enablement, learning and development, performance management, role assignment, and career development. You will partner with our recruitment teams and plan student engagement activities and events at target universities to amplify our employer brand and evangelize careers with AISPL. You will collaborate and work with senior leadership and Human Resources (HR) to ensure that our interns and graduates are given stretching roles which are aligned to their strengths and career interests. You will also establish an early careers reporting dashboard and track the career development of early career program participants. You will coach and mentor junior talent in the organization, create training and enablement plans, and plan activities for them. You will continuously improve our initiatives and processes to help us raise the bar on attracting, hiring and developing the best talent in India.(2) Working closely with our HR team, you will own, plan, execute and track the People Priorities initiatives for organization which includes employee engagement and talent development activities.Who are we looking for The ideal candidate: Has a passion for talent development and mentoring early careers talent Delivers independently and is self-driven with the ability to work in a highly ambiguous environment with minimal guidance Possesses strong project and program management capabilities Possesses strong teamwork, collaboration, problem-solving, and execution skills Is creative, analytical, and customer-obsessed (i.e. thinks about the needs of early careers talent, universities/colleges, and the business) Can define project/program requirements and is able to earn trust and influence others (including senior leadership) to drive timely actions Is highly organized and is able to multi-task and prioritize competing requests from different stakeholders Possesses a can-do spirit Is attentive to details and insists on the highest standards Has exceptional English writing and communications skills Able to operate in a lean, fast-paced, entrepreneurial, multi-cultural environment, Bachelor s degree Excellent English written and oral communications skills Background and/or experience in HR and talent management At least 5 years of experience in project/program management and talent management At least 3 years of relevant experience in leading and developing early career programs Experience with talent management and recruitment/campus recruitment Experience with employee Learning & Development (L&D)
