Job Description

Working in a team of highly motivated people like you, you ll work with customers and be accountable for production incidents, problems, change management, internal and external communications, lifecycle management and product evolution. You ll help develop functional goals and priorities that align with our overall strategy. You ll collaborate with our talented and dedicated problem-solving technologists across the JPMorgan Chase & Co. global network.This role requires a wide variety of strengths and capabilities, including:
    • BS/BA degree or equivalent experience
    • Expertise in product and infrastructure engineering
    • Knowledge of risk and controls landscape, ensuring company-wide standards are met
    • Executes within a customer-centric environment
    • Minimum of 4-5 years file transfer experience.
    • Experience in testing and implementing managed file transfer solutions.
    • Knowledge and experience in any the following protocols:AS2/SSH/SSL/Connect:Direct.
    • Understanding or have experience with agile and lean philosophies
    • Proven analysis and reporting skills
    • Strong critical thinking and problem solving skills with clear communication
    • Exposure to scripting languages such as python, UNIX.LINUX shell, perl and/or PHP would be an added advantage
