We are looking for an experienced Inside Sales Manager/ Team leader to oversee and support our inside sales representatives team with team handling experience.Should be able to identify new prospects from multiple sources including inbound marketing leads, outbound cold calls, events, emails, prospect lists, discovery and individual research.Cold calling Understand customer needs and requirements and profile them accordingly Generate new leads through data mining online research Route qualified leads to Sales Engineers for further development and closure Ability to handle inbound and outbound calls Ability to manage the day- to- day inside sales team activities Maintain and expand database of prospects PAN India Support team for event calling and registrations when required Help in making report data segregation Monitor team performance team meetings at regular intervals Achieve lead and opportunity targets Work with all teams to build strong pipeline for sales closures Candidates with hands- on CRM experience will be given high preference Only female candidates may apply Salary as per the industry standardCandidate requirements:Education Qualification: Preferably Graduates, preferably in Diploma/ Engineering stream or must have worked in similar companies Should speak fluent English Should know Microsoft tools (word, excel, outlook), database/ report managementNOTE: Requirement/ Joining is immediate.Industry: IT- Software / Software Services Functional Area: Sales, Retail, Business Development Role Category: Sales Support Experience :2- 5 Years,
