• Work closer to Business to build aggressive strategy for Insight Engine (Search) Platform, identify business needs, provide scalable solutions and ensure value generation
• Manage Architecture, Design, Build and Run activities for Insight Engine with hands on Technical Expertise

• Editor of Insight Engine platforms

MAIN RESPONSABILITIES :

• Work closely with Business Partners, Business Process Owners and Business Owner to build multiyear strategy & roadmap for Insight Engine Platform
• Drive business to identify challenging and value adding use cases, challenge those to confirm Value adds
• Monitor and drive adoption of already implemented use case among the Business Users
• Build stronger product backlog for Enterprise Search platform and ensure the timely delivery
• Identify the Content Search problems faced by business and propose scalable solutions
• Own the evolution of Platform Architecture to support multi-year roadmap
• Work closely with Technical Experts to covert business needs into technical solutions
• Provide hands on support on Build, Development and Operations activities
• Drive steering Committee meetings with identified stakeholders to communicate Strategy, Progress, Challenges and management support needed
• Collaborate with Editor to understand product roadmap, New Features and build strategy on how to increase adoption and generate new use case for platform
• Work along with Transverse Data Architects/Teams to develop data search strategies
• Implement Technical Governance on use cases or Project delivered by Partners
• Provide hands on Technical Expertise on Architecture, Build and Support related issues
• Ensuring that all roadblock of the Enterprise Search team is removed

MAIN REQUIRED COMPETENCES :Educational Requirements :BE/BTech ComputersExperience : Mandatory:

• Should have strong technical experience across multiple Insight Engine tools including Sinequa.
• Should be experienced in implementing and driving strategies for scaled up usage of Organization wide Insight Engine tool
• Should have experienced in implementing advanced Search functionalities through NLP, ML technologies
• Should have experience to provide search solutions for Structured and unstructured data across multiple data sources
• Should have worked as Enterprise Architect/Technical Architect of Search tools
• Hand on experience in developing use cases for Search Platform
• Should be experienced in working with business to identify Search Business needs and driving platform adoptions
• Experienced in monitoring and driving TCO of search platform
• Should be experienced of working with Network Security, Infrastructure and Data teams in Insight Engine Context

Desirable:

• Experience on content management delivery activities
• Knowledge on UI/UX design strategies

Competencies & Skills :

• IT Skills: Insight Engine Platforms (Sinequa is MUST), ASP.NET, Angular 7+, Java, C#, API, NLP, ML
• 12-14 years of technical delivery experience for Insight Engine platforms
• Excellent collaboration skills as Person will be interacting with multiple business units, Solution managers and internal IT teams
• Should be able drive multiple topics
• Should have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Coaches, supports and trains other team members
• Demonstrate excellent communication skills
