SEE DETAILS INSTRUCTIONAL DESIGN MANAGER The purpose of this job is to manage the complete cycle of project development from initiation to closure and communicate client requirements to appropriate team members. In addition the job involves reviewing the quality of the work to ensure that it meets the project standards.
CRITICAL ACCOUNTABILITIES Create engaging learning activities and compelling course content Work with subject matter experts to identify target audiences training needs Set instructional end goals and create content that matches them Visualize instructional graphics, the user interface and the finished product Analyze and trends and best practices in learning technologies and instructional design Provide exercises and activities that enhance the learning process Create supporting material/media (audio, video, simulations, role plays, games etc) Devise modes of assessment, such as tests or quizzes, to measure the effectiveness of the course Ensure that the project deliverables are on time, and at the required level of quality.
KEY SUCCESS FACTOR Deliver project on time, with zero defects and within budgets. Achieve an average Customer Feedback of min 4 out of 5 across all projects executed for a customer.
SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES NEEDED Good command on English. Excellent communication, problem solving and analytical skills. Rapidly adopt and respond to changes in environment and priorities. Understand processes and procedures completely.
