Profile: IOT Firmware DeveloperMandatory Competencies:Good knowledge on real time operating system (RTOS). Design and develop firmware drivers and communications algorithms in C && C++ Follow standard software guideline for development, testing. Maintenance and bug fixes to existing firmware Development of new feature requests to firmware Experience working with protocols MODBUS, DNP3, OPC-UA Experience in communication protocols like I2C, SPI, UART. Bluetooth, TCP/IP etc. Experience in embedded development tools - IAR, Eclipse. Bit Bucket, Git, etc. Expert in board bring up, hardware interface firmware debugging (Manual && Auto), unit and system testing and root-cause analysis. Familiar with measurement instruments such as multi-meter and oscilloscope. Preferred Skills:Knowledge and experience in Linux OS and drivers Knowledge of standards such as ISO26262 Experience in working with 16/32 Micro-controllers like STM, Freescale, TI, and Arm Controllers. Familiarity with Telit/ublox AT commands would be an added advantage. Participate in FMEA and risk assessment activities
