Job Description

    Job DescriptionTechnical Support: Provide frontline technical support to end-users via phone, email, or in-personTroubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues, and resolve them in a timely mannerHardware and Software Installation: Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware, software applications, and peripheral devices such as printers and scannersSystem Administration: Assist in the administration of servers, user accounts, and security settingsPerform routine maintenance tasks, such as system updates and backupsNetwork Support: Assist with network infrastructure setup and troubleshootingConfigure routers, switches, and firewalls as neededMonitor network performance and address connectivity issuesDocumentation and Training: Maintain documentation of IT systems, processes, and proceduresProvide training and guidance to end-users on using IT resources effectivelyIT Asset Management: Manage inventory of IT assets, including hardware, software licenses, and other equipmentTrack procurement, deployment, and retirement of IT assetsSecurity Compliance: Ensure compliance with IT security policies and proceduresImplement security measures to protect against unauthorized access and data breachesVendor Management: Coordinate with external vendors and service providers for technical support and procurement of IT products and services
