The Sales and Operations Planning team is responsible for providing solutions for Intels strategic planning processes, aligned to Intels reference architecture. This is an exciting time to join the team as we digitally transform the business processes and solutioning for this critical planning function in close partnership with the business.Qualifications Basic Qualifications : Bachelors or Masters of Engineering degree in Computer Science or equivalent 8+ years of IT working experience in configuring an implementing software solutions Proven experience in configuring Enterprise Software for Forecasting and Planning domain, experience in Demand management functional area will be an added advantage 1+ years of hands-on expereience in S and OP Data rule engine configuration 1+ years of hands-on experience in supporting S and OP capacity modelling and configuration of the heuristic and/or linear programming optimizer model. Experience with Agile software development methods and tools Experience using industry standard test and defect managementtools and systems like Rally, Jira. Strong User Story and User Acceptance Test development skills Knowledge of the best practices and design trends for responsive design Experience building sustainable solutions Analytical approach to solving system issues including understanding system interdependencies Help technology team to identify and consider all alternate solutions and help them in implementing the best strategy to ensure design meets performance,usability, reliability and scalability requirements. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Preffered Qualifications : Experience with Enterprise Class Planning Solutions (i.e. Kinaxis, Blue Yonder or SAP IBP) Experience in deploying and sustaining enterprise class planning solutions Good understanding of the latest trends and best practices in the Supply chain domainInside this Business Group Intels Information Technology Group (IT) designs, deploys and supports the information technology architecture and hardware/software applications for Intel. This includes the LAN, WAN, telephony, data centers, client PCs, backup and restore, and enterprise applications.
