Job Description

Job Descriptions:-

  • Experience:MBA in IT Consulting/ IT Strategy/ Project Advisory/ Digital Transformation/ Enterprise Architecture / IT Governance Service Management preferably
Job Role:
  • Engagement Delivery for Project Advisory
  • Would deliver project advisory engagements across different all phases of the ERP implementation from Blue printing to design to change management and testing.
  • IT Transformation advisory including development of IT Governance, IT Operating Model, IT Service Management, Service Catalog Design, IT Policy Process definition etc.
  • Candidates having experience of implementations of Finance modules of Tier I ERP products, having performed activities such as requirements gathering, business process re-engineering
  • Candidate would either be part of IT Transformation consulting engagements or have to take on leading role for some engagements and provide thought leadership as well as subject expertise to the teams executing engagementso
  • Would also be involved in client management / client expectation management Practice Development Pre-Saleso
  • Would be involved in supporting on-going engagements and attempting to up-sell
  • Should have experience in pursuit teams including conceptualizing propositions and presenting solutions to client
  • Would support in developing new solution offerings, tools and knowledge repositories Overall
  • People skill has worked independently on projects or as part of small consulting teams
  • Has strong communication skills as the profile requires interactions with CIO, CEO, CFO and other senior leadership
  • Believes in quality deliverables that are on-time
  • Is willing to travel on short notice for domestic as well as international engagement
  • Is willing to relocate to Bengaluru
Experience:
  • Has exposure across / any different industries like Manufacturing, Telecom, Pharma, Auto, Healthcare, Life Sciences, etc.
  • Has a understanding of overall IT Landscape (Application / Infrastructure / Emerging Technologies) services
  • Should have worked on or has an understanding of core enterprise applications like ERP, CRM, SCM, BI etc.
  • Should understand business processes like Order to Cash, Procure to Pay, Record to Report, Hire to Retire etc.
  • Academic Qualifications: BE with MBA.
