Our client is looking to fill a vacancy and requires the following person to join them on a permanent basis ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS - Plan and lead the development of new software products and / or enhancements. Responsible for technical design specifications for the teams projects. - Ownership of the technical roadmap of the assigned components. - Ensures all software solutions and enhancements are fully tested , debugged and meet product quality standards prior to release to QA / Prod. All projects are delivered on time , within budget and within a high level of quality standards. - Performs continuous review of technologies , industry standards and industry - related developments and makes recommendations relative to the need for further research and associated changes. - Coordinates work and services with product management , sales , marketing and customer support departments. - Provides consistent leadership to each individual; sets objectives; reviews performance , produces career development plans , and addresses concerns. Evaluate , engage and manage relationships with relevant partners and vendors Work Experience - 5 years experience in the application development role as an individual contributor. - 3 years supervisory experience is required. Technical Skills - Masters degree in CS - Spring , Java , Hibernate , MySQL , MongoDB , Node , Express , Angular , React - Deployment in cloud platforms - AWS , Azure or Docker. - Hands on experience with managing high availability , low latency , High traffic applications. - Hands on experience with troubleshooting applications in the production environment.
