Basic Qualifications for BackEnd Developer- 4- 10 years of Java experience;- Java 8 experience is a PLUS;- Microservices experience is a PLUS;- Kafka proven experience is a big PLUS;- Ability to establish trusted partnerships with product heads, and executive level stakeholders;- Experience integrating with Restful webservices;- Comfort with Agile Operating Models.- 3+ years of experience writing Java APIs- Strong proficiency in: Distributed systems, Low- latency services, NoSQL and relational databases- Experience building transactional systems and strong understanding of software architecture- Experience in payment processing systems and associated standards, such as ACH, Faster or SWIFT Payment is highly desirable- Strong written and verbal communication skills- Ability to establish trusted partnerships with product heads, and executive level stakeholders- Comfort with agile operating modelsPreferred QualificationsExperience with messaging frameworks, Business Process Modeling and Relational / Non- Relational Databases e.g. Kafka, Signavio, Drools, MongoDB;Experience in Web Development and Frameworks;Experience integrating with vendor applications;Experience in finance and financial application development;Comfort operating in a matrix environment.Nice to have:- Any SWIFT experience (payments not Apple). - AMH and SAG (SWIFT payments related).Interested in this position Great globally diverse culture Flexible work- life balance Ongoing career development Other Open Positions:,
