    • Project Role :Software Product Development Lead
    • Project Role Description :Lead cross-functional product development teams to design, develop and enhance software assets that meet or exceed internal and external(customer) expectations, and meet product functionality, cost and delivery schedules. Apply knowledge to create an environment that fosters accountability, quality, commitment, growth and innovation. Support the sales process as needed by participating in the solution design.

    • Job Requirements :
        • Key Responsibilities : 1Genesys Cloud Administrator/ Developer would need to have at least X years of experience 2Candidate will perform end to end Deployment /Operational support activity including IVR development and API developments 3The candidate would need to take responsibility for solution development and integration etc 4The candidate will be accountable for technical aspects of the platform, supporting complex solutions and ensuring solutions
        • Technical Experience : Should have experience in integrating Genesys PureCloud with IVR, Routing, Interaction with 3rd Party Web Chat, Salesforce etc WFM systems Experience in Scripting,expressions , Call and Screen recordings and Quality Management systems, 1Excellent analytical, communication, organizational and problem-solving skills coupled with a strong work ethics 2Experience in designing and implementing REST API/Web Services and highly proficient in Java and Java Scripts
        • Professional Attributes : 1Good Communication skill,Contact Center/CCaaS Professional Certifications 2Genesys cloud certification is must to have
      • Educational Qualification : BE/BTech ECE/Computer Science/EEE/Computer Technology/Cloud Computing
