Knowledge & Skills: Core Java, J2EE(AJAX, JDBC, JSP, SOAP), Application Server (WebSphere/ Tomcat), Oracle, XML/ XSLT, Unix (Linux) platform and Perl Application of Object Oriented Analysis and Design (OOAD) techniques and implementation using Design Patterns Knowledge to create unit level tests using JUnit and experience with Shell scripting Experience in extensive use of source control tools such as Team Foundation Server Effectively balance and prioritize multiple projects and tasks concurrently Ability to interact effectively within and across other teams Strong technical acumen and communications skills Previous Experience: Candidates should possess: 2 years of Core Java OR J2EE based development using Design Patterns Expertise in XML and related technologies Possess excellent written and verbal skills Knowledge or experience in workflow systems such as BPMS or Activiti is desired Hands on experience on UI technologies such as Advanced Javascript OR AngularJS is a big Plus Candidates should also possess: An established track record for creating clear and concise technical designs and architectures for medium to large scale problems. A history of meeting aggressive deadlines in uncertain environments and maintaining strong customer relationships.
