In this position, you will be reporting directly to the CEO and you will be working on the delivery of all the UAV survey/ mapping projects here. You are responsible for managing the GIS team here and delivering the projects with strict timelines and highest quality with any/ all constraints on the way. Your Day- to- Day Project planning (data processing): timelines, work distribution, processes, budgeting etc., Manage expectations of internal teams and external clients Manage workload and step in when needs arise including managing deadlines, team, and technology resources Manage quality control including reviewing delivery data, maps, models, and processes Develop, maintain and evolve the strategic GIS vision for the Company Provide analytical expertise, guidance, and interpretation of various GIS- based standards Develop and maintain an awareness of relevant industry applications of GIS Vendor management Handle client delivery management/ training Prepare project reports and documentation Your Profile 3- 5 yrs experience in project management involving photogrammetry/ LiDAR data Should have handled 3D point cloud data, DTM, contours, base maps etc., extensively Experience in open source as well as enterprise GIS software like: Pix4D Microstation AGISoft Global Mapper ArcGIS QGIS AutoCAD (Civil) Preferably managed projects in Mining, Urban planning, Roads and Railways or Irrigation Excellent communication skills (written and oral) Strong motivation to help scale and develop processes High level of autonomy and self- reliance with a strong commitment to teamwork Target- oriented, driven workstyle with analytic problem- solving skills required Education: Bachelors/ Masters in civil engineering, remote sensing or related fields JD Delivery Manager Thank you for considering a career at AUS.
