Job Description
Title: Desktop/ Server support Exp: 1 5 Yrs CTC: up to 6LPA NP: Immediate to 30days Work Location : ITC Infotech Campus JD: Opera support - Windows support - Oracle Database Support One to Five years of experience in the area of IT hospitality with knowledge of Opera. Graduate with 15+ Years of full time education from a Recognized University. Fluent in oral and written communications in English language. Technical support on windows / server OS. Candidate should have the experience of Application Support/Oracle Database Support/ Server Support (Windows). Flexible with work timings (24 x 5) Good network and server knowledge (Level: Basic) Experience in Hotel Operations for IT segment. Responsibility: Responsible for managing project timeline for Network, Operating System and Interface installations Install and configure Network, Operating Systems and Interface Be familiar and adhere to the latest training and installation standards and procedure. Work with product support issues and 2nd level support on client issues/request for enhancements. Work with the Support Consultants to ensure Service level requirements are exceeded. Obtain and retain certification in: Current Network, Operating System Necessary SQL Oracle Technical Skills Active participation in Education and Collaboration forums. Participate in Quality Assurance of new product and/or version release software when required. Submit timely and accurate project status and other required reporting via current communication method.
