Job Description

    Dear Candidate,We are hiring Key Accounts Manager with FMCG/Dairy at Bangalore and Chennai location.Location : Bangalore 1Location : Chennai 1Strengthening NKA EB2B and Karnataka & Tamilnadu sales networks.Build long-term relationship with the customers, Vendors.Liaise effectively with key accounts to get Company & its SKUs listed in order to enhance sales.Ensuring that all SKUs are listed and available in given chains.Expand distribution and new account acquisitions in the assigned geographic area through effective market analysis.Crafting new sales strategies and offers for pushing the salesConduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needsParticipate in negotiations and become a key player in administering contractual agreements with clients in the regionStrengthening Heritages brand association & awareness in the mind of customersEnsuring 100% fill rate, PO follow up and smooth delivery of PO.Ensure proper placement, visibility & facing, shelf space, stock availability, stock condition (FIFO) and Hygiene of products at MRF stores/channels.Identify the unlisted products and follow-up for listing.Sales management (Targets, Margins, Promotions, Rentals).Build and deploy a consumer acquisition model.Develop and administer credit policies and ensure timely collections.Plan/execute/support local marketing activities, such as sampling/promotions, to agreed budgets and time scales, and integrating sales efforts with other organized marketing activities, product launches and promotions.Monitor & review the distribution/ channel marketing system/Local Buyers.Review & identify the business gaps and develop the sales promotional activities.Co-ordination with internal teams i.e., Sales, Operations, quality, Marketing etc.,Proper display, merchandising and increasing shelf share of brand.Regular update on competitor margin and activities/LaunchInitiates and follows up on new business opportunities.Own P&L responsibility.Collaborate with the Sales & Distribution team to strategize the entry to market, while building and maintaining relations with customers (stores, marketplaces, etc.), and ensuring timely and cost-efficient fulfilment.Identifies sales opportunities by identifying consumer requirements, defining market, forecasting projected business.Ensure consistent product launch in all available institutional channels and ensure availability of SKUs in all geographies.Drive sustainable account growth with the right 5P execution (Assortment/Placement/Planograms/ Branding/Promotions & Pricing)MIS /Dashboard reports - brand performance , Competition.If interested for job change please revert with updated profile along with bellow details1) Please attach your profile2) Present Location3) Willing to work from Bangaloreor4) Willing to work from Chennai5) Present CTC:6) Expected CTC:7) Notice Period:8)Native Place:9) Languages KnownThanks and RegardsShilpajahidden_mobile
