Stasis is hiring a Key Account Manager to help us successfully manage training, installations and customer support of our smart patient monitoring solution. Hospitals today heavily rely on nurses manually monitoring patients. This leads to missed patient symptoms, longer hospital stays, and worse patient outcomes overall. Stasis increases hospital access to automatic, continuous monitoring with our smart cloud-connected monitoring solutions. We have converted medical hardware into a data-driven SaaS product. Please read about our product at: www.stasislabs.com Our monitors are currently live in hospitals in India, and are built for global distribution. We have teams in Los Angeles, Bangalore, and working remotely. +About the Role The Key Account Manager will: Ensure the day-to-day coordination, implementation and follow-up of product installations, trainings, and support of new and existing hospital clients. Interact with nurses, doctors, IT teams, BME teams, and administration to ensure that the product integrates with their needs. Ensure optimal coordination between Stasis and the hospital for scheduling of meetings, and transparent reporting of client satisfaction. Work with hospital and Stasis to immediately resolve any product-related issues that customers report. This position will require a strong understanding of our product offerings. You will be responsible for all the operations regarding hospital deployments including: installation of our hardware and software in each hospital location, managing cloud based updates to the system, training nurses and doctors, and providing exemplary customer support. This role requires stellar communication and social skills as you will be interfacing with nurses, doctors and the hospital C-suite. You will have a great deal of autonomy and be responsible for influencing the culture, technology and customer experience. We are looking for someone who can learn quickly and become competent in multiple parts of the tech stack, so we hope the idea of working with a variety of technologies excites you. +Requirements: A desire to work in a mission-driven company focused on making a difference.
