Job Description

    Job Title: Key Account Manager Healthcare IndustryJob Responsibility Operational Objectives:- Understand and follow organizations vision, Mission , goals, objectives & culture- Understand and follow Key success factors and business fundamentals- Attain Goals /Objectives related to companys short and medium term goals General Operations:- Customer Profiling and Management- Key opinion leader(KOL) development and Management- Marketing Development activity (Continuous medical Education/ Education of Paramedand Pathologist)- Manage brand development and performance- Controls expenses to meet budget guidelines Field Operation:- Prepare action plans & schedules to identify specific targets & to project the number ofcontacts to be made- Making a plan of action, pre call preparations & maintain accurate sales reports either ondaily, weekly or monthly basis- Call up and Fix appointment with KOLs and Doctors- Prepare presentations, proposals & sales contracts- Follow up for Meeting KOLs and Doctors- Manage account services through quality checks & other follow-up- Continuously build & maintain the database of prospects & customers- Ensuring the visits to the customers as per the norms of the organization.- Ensuring timely collection of sample from the doctor/hospital through operation channelpartners- Ensuring timely delivery of the Reports to the assigned customers- Ensuring excellence in Customer service- Ensuring timely collection of the receivables from the market through support team/self- Making outbound collection calls in a professional manner while keeping and improvingcustomer relations.- Collect customer payments in accordance with payment due dates.- Provide timely follow-up on payment arrangements.- Resolves client-billing problems and rescues accounts receivable delinquency, applyinggood customer service in a timely manner.- Mail correspondence to customers to encourage payment of delinquent accounts Administration:- Providing timely market related feedback and competitors information.- Collect feedback of the customer once visited- Make a consolidated report of the feedback received and sent it to the reporting manager- Create and send accurate monthly reports.- Reports should indicate the following: Plan v/s achieved, Reasons for any shortfalls, SWOTanalysis, Next month targets- Reports to be submitted by 7th of Every Month for the prior month.Critical Competencies and focal areas:1.
