Main responsibilities include people management, project oversight, and sales enablement. Accountable for operational/financial metrics and maintaining project/portfolio profitability while ensuring quality of project delivery and maintaining customer reference ability.Responsible for adherence to operational policies and achievement of portfolio performance to support business plans. Responsible for solution and pricing of proposals and supporting the sales process. Is accountable for managing a profitable revenue stream. Typically manages a relatively small number of individual contributing project managers. Provides oversight to projects within the portfolio to ensure high customer satisfaction in a profitable manner.Demonstrated ability to follow solid project management principles and successfully manage projects of increasing complexity. Comfortable working in a matrix management environment. Strong influencing and negotiation skills to deal with internal stakeholders, customers, and vendors. Product, technology, or industry expertise relevant to the portfolio focus. Selling skills preferred. Ability to travel as needed.Role - ManagerExperience - 9-14 years
• Preferably a postgraduate with excellent communication skills and Project Management skills.
• Should have 9 to 12+ years of experience in Kronos Technical_ EFC & WFA experience.
• Knowledge on advanced reporting Experience in global rollouts of Kronos WFC and WFA - Time & Attendance, Scheduling and PTO Accrual.
• Strong experience in executing Kronos Implementation projects using the SDLC life cycle. (i.e. experience in requirement gathering, documentation, configuration, testing, issue identification, enhancements, and go-live support).
• Experience working with Oracle database Knowledge on configuring Kronos Timekeeper, Accruals, Attendance, Advanced Scheduling modules, Kronos pay, and system administration.
• Experience in integrating with 3rd party applications using Kronos APIs Development of Interfaces using Workforce Integration Manager (WIM) and PLSQL Excellent communication skills including the ability to effectively communicate with multiple teams
• Experience with Workforce Integration Manager interfaces
• Knowledge on SQL Queries/Scripts, Procedures, Functions & Packages using Oracle/SQL.
• Responsible for all documentation, including applications operations, functional and technical architecture and Operations Manual.
• Preparing and/or coordinating complex written and verbal materials.
• Communicating with the client in an organized and knowledgeable manner.
• Delivering clear requests for information.
• Demonstrating flexibility in prioritizing and completing tasks.
Key Skills:
• Experience in Kronos Workforce Central with knowledge in modules like Timekeeping, Global Time Off, Basic Scheduling, Accruals, Attestation, Activities, Devices
• Experience in SQL and PL SQL programming to be able to work on Interfaces development
• Experience on Intouch clocks and resolving issues related to clock devices
• Experience in Kronos WIM upstream and downstream Interfaces
