  • Managing KYC Enhanced Due Diligence remediation projects for large financial institutions in the UK
  • Coordinating and overseeing ongoing reviews of client remediation files
  • Perform Quality Checks on completed files
  • Provide feedback to the agents on process challenges
  • Primary escalation point for clients, responsible for client satisfaction, overall client management and delivery of client solutions.
  • A minimum of 1-5 years experience managing / supporting EDD KYC engagements
  • Perform a role of SME or Quality Analyst in KYC engagements
  • Good hands-on knowledge of CDD / EDD KYC processes
  • Strong attention to detail and analytical ability
  • An ability to develop strong working relationships with internal and external parties across multiple locations.
