The lead business analyst will be responsible for the day to day management of the BAs in his/her project/s. The role includes responsibility for the quality and timely delivery of work produced by the business analysts. The lead analyst must have sufficient knowledge of business analysis processes and Sapiens products to provide guidance, support, and business analysis expertise to the BAs.Business-focused role working with the customer business people and key project stakeholders to communicate and formulate the business vision and solution for the project while also ensuring the successful delivery.Project Responsibilitieso Understand all customer requirements end to endo Accountable for all end to end solutions to ensure requirements are meto Accountable for development and testing supporto Work with project management to build the workshop and delivery plano Responsible to manage the BA workplan and ensure that all deliverables are on time and within budgeto Responsible (as the functional focal point) for all project demands which require coordination with product managementManagement Responsibilitieso Direct line administration (task management, vacation etc.)o Identify future talent and future leadership within the projecto Train and mentor the project BAso Serve as the main focal point for all IDIT knowledge needs from the project and engage the relevant knowledge source for answers when neededo Assist in guiding the BAs around the Sapiens organization and processeso Work on BA competency initiatives outside the allocated project.Requirements:Extensive knowledge in the IDIT system and processesExtensive insurance business knowledgeManagerial and leadership skillsTraining and presentation skillsExperience with information systems (such as ERP) at a super user levelExcellent communications skills in English (mother tongue level)Experience with overseas customers and willingness to travel extensively,
