Job Description

Hiring Lead Data Specialist for a SaaS company in BangaloreTo enter data from various source documents into the computer system for storage, processing and data management purposes. MainJob Responsibilities:

  • Understand document digitization flow, software behaviour for accounting documents (invoices, statements, etc)
  • Coordinate with various data entry teams and management in order to improve data entry efficiency
  • Resolve doubts raised by data entry teams when they have questions enter data from source documents into prescribed computer database, files and forms
  • Combine and rearrange data from source documents where required transcribe information into required electronic format
  • Verify data and correct data where necessary check completed work for accuracy obtain further information for incomplete documents
  • Respond to requests for information and access relevant files maintain logbooks or records of activities and tasks
  • Comply with data integrity and security policies
Education and Experience:
  • Minimum Graduate 3+ years of experience in data entry/ data operations
  • team management experience (required) strong written and verbal communication (required)
  • accounting background, or knowledge of accounting terms preferred or should be capable of learning quickly
  • proficient in relevant computer applications such as MS Office
  • accurate keyboard skills and proven ability to enter data at the required speed
  • knowledge of correct spelling, grammar and punctuation knowledge of clerical and administrative procedures
