Job DescriptionHandling a team size of 3 to 5 members Responsible for full life-cycle recruiting Check references and present qualified candidates to clients through a customized resume including a compelling synopsis. Fundamental understanding of a wide range of technologies. Managing vendor/client relations. Responsible for preparing weekly and monthly reports for evaluating the performance of recruiters and sourcing executives. Excellent Vendor Network and Vendor Management Skills Must be well versed with end to end recruitment process and expertise in IT vertical. Expert level experience in Recruiting Citizens, Green Cards, EADs, H1B & TN Visa Holders on all the tax term (W2, 1099 & Crop to Crop) Good understanding of the various technologies and the ability to screen resumes and understand the requirement. Demonstrated strong negotiation and influencing skills. Outstanding interpersonal skills, creativity, flexibility and maturity. Excellent Communication Skill.Salary 1 Lac To 2 Lac P.A.
