    Lead/Senior Product ManagerAbout the Role : We are searching for a product leader who can innovate and implement search and discovery projects for our top and middle of the funnel for Leap Scholar end to end.The charter for this role includes :- You will own company level metrics which are critical to the business- You will own product strategy, product roadmap ,and executionIdeal Persona :- Someone who has owned an important head metric for a product successfully- At least 3 years of product management experience, and at least 2 years in startups- B2C product management experience is a must for this role - Entrepreneurial experience would be a huge plus- Product Launch/ Go-to-market experience will be a huge plus Why is this a great opportunity for the right candidate : - Experienced founding teamRight to win - The founding team knows the business & its secrets inside out.
