Job Description

Job Overview: This position is a part of the State Street Learning team. The position is responsible for supporting & enhancing the Talent development strategy / framework in the India region. This position reports to the Vice President State Street Learning, India. The role is a part of the Global Human Resources team.

Job Summary: In this role, the staff will be primarily responsible for managing, delivering & executing the talent development programs, initiatives & activities of the organization. He/She is also responsible for program managing events, efficiencies / related-outcomes and reporting this to the Global Human Resources team(s) and to the various Management team(s).

Key Result Areas

  • In-depth knowledge & experience in creating Talent Development frameworks & programs.
  • Significant expertise in working with / on competency based behavioral or learning frameworks.
  • Expertise in delivering a world class training experience across levels / global audience.
  • Knowledge & experience using various social psychology & psychometric instruments.
  • Thorough knowledge in content & training solutions development for various audience levels & virtual locations.
  • Savvy & has worked with various learning technologies such as LMSs, virtual training platforms etc
  • Can engage in hosting management events, off / onsites & informal learning interventions.
  • Applied knowledge & understanding of design & development concepts / principles.
  • Keeping abreast with conventional & unconventional training modalities & solutions.
  • Experienced in working on / with world class L&D programs / partners / solutions.
  • Knowledge of rubrics, levels of evaluation or / and learning measure of success systems.
  • Ability to front end training projects with minimal support & governance(s) with project teams, stakeholders & counterparts.
  • Source content through research, reach outs & analysis of various resources & content.
  • Stakeholder & cohort management through M anagement I nformation S ystems & Talent Advisory.
  • Working with vendor partners to strategise and execute learning solutions.

Skills, Expertise & Experience:

  • 10 to 12 years experience working in a learning / Talent Development COE team or structure.
  • Project management: Managing learning projects / interventions end to end.
  • Participated in learning councils or work groups to create organizational learning solutions / training.
  • Excellent written & verbal communication.
  • Client / customer servicing & stakeholder management.
  • Working in a virtual environment & team(s).
  • Playing point for all training related activities.
  • Program & event coordination.
  • Dynamicity & ability to learn new systems & technology
  • Applied knowledge in marketing & communication of learning events within the organization.
  • Vendor life cycle management.
  • Reporting & analytical skills.
  • MS office tools expertise.

Good to have attributes / skills to have

  • Worked with finserv / fintech organizations / process or has financial acumen.
  • Certifications or practitioner titles in learning & development or Talent Management.
  • Experience, managing people / team(s).
