Job Description

Knowledge of C,C++ programming language.
Experience in board bring up
Knowledge of Linux internals including
- Writing, integrating and debugging low level device drivers
- Compilation, debugging of Linux Kernel
- System power management using linux
- Using IPC mechanisms in linux and
- Knowledge of using Systemd, CGroups
- Working with u-boot and other similar boot loaders
Knowledge of using cross compiler toolchain preferably debian or yocto
Understanding of open source licensing, package management
Understanding of SE linux policies will be an added advantage
Knowledge of using middleware packages to develop UI based applications will be an added advantage

Analyzing the requirements and come out with architecture proposals for the product.
Should play a key role in system design and development and be able to guide developers
Ability to perform reviews and improve work done by developers
Interaction with cross functional team (Local and Global)
Independently debug and validate the software
Should be able to interact with Electronics team and able to bring up the board
