Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Monitors calls/emails to gauge the process and shares feedback with the Manager
  • Root cause analysis of process deviations, action plan development, and resolution.
  • Ensure that the stipulated compliance guidelines are met and corrective measures are taken when there is a miss
  • Summarize after Analyzing the shortcomings and Reporting findings and recommendations and forwards it to the team supervisor to use in the performance discussion/assessments and/or promotional decisions
Desired Candidate Profile
  • Excellent communication skills in English and regional language.
  • Worked on Focused Call Audits & proven track record in Quality Analyst profile.
  • Ability to draft & work on quality improvement plans
  • Ability to train and coach
  • Qualification - Any graduation
