Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Design and implement an overall recruiting strategy for leadership hiring
  • Responsible for End to End recruitment
  • Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates within schedule
  • Regular follow up with the respective hiring managers and candidates to ensure the timeliness of the recruitment process.
  • Onboard new employees in order to become fully integrated
  • Monitor and apply HR recruiting best practices
  • Provide analytical and well documented recruiting reports to the rest of the team
  • Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process
  • Maintaining the recruitment tracker for all open positions.

  • Worked for product base clients & permanent staffing.
  • The role will be an individual contributor.
  • 3+ years of exp in leadership hiring and over 6+ exp in talent acquisition
