Job Description

Responsibilities Understand the business requirements, analyse them and get required clarity Create Estimation Creating technical design Coding and unit testing Perform reviews and implement corrective and preventive action plans Leading and managing the team and helping the team to achieve their targets by guiding themIdentify training needs SLA tracking and taking corrective measures to close the gaps Bring up risks/issues, follow up and track them to closure Identifying opportunities for automation and efficiency improvement Publish status reports to stakeholders Key Skills: Requirements Development experience in Mainframe System Hands-on expertise in COBOL, JCL, IMS, DB2, VSAM and IBM Tools (Endevor, File Manager, Fault Analyser, Debugger) Good exposure to all phases of SDLC including Requirement Analysis, Estimation, Design, Development and Deployment Excellent communication and collaboration skills Experience in leading a team Ability to train and guide the team Health Insurance Claims experience is mandatory,
