Job Description

    Must possess strong networking, problem solving and protocol skills along with complete understanding of Mainframe communication concepts and be able to support mainframe connectivity design considerations. Extensive knowledge of IBM Enterprise server hardware and in-depth working knowledge of TCP, UDP, ICMP communications Provide technical support for z/OS Communication Server components. Good Knowledge on VTAM, TCPIP. Implementation and support of Mainframe security solutions including z/OS IDS, AT-TLS, IPsec VPN Participate in design, development, and implementation of highly available and secure Mainframe networking solutions, to include Network systems programming and data center capabilities Provide problem determination and resolution for network connectivity, encryption, and transmission issues. Work as a team member with other technical staff, and teams to ensure High available, secure connectivity solutions and compatibility between systems a. Essential: 5+ Years of Experience required in Mainframe Communication Services / Mainframe Networking Tertiary Qualification in IT / Computer Science / related discipline. b. Additional Skills: Excellent customer interfacing skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong attention to detail and outstanding analytical and Problem-solving skills.,
