Job Description

    Recruitment Support
    • Help write job postings, screen resumes, schedule interviews, and coordinate with hiring managers.
    • Assist with candidate communication and maintain applicant tracking systems.
    • Support onboarding by preparing offer letters, documents, and welcome kits for new hires.
    Employee Administration
    • Update employee records, track attendance, leave balances, and generate payroll reports.
    • Handle basic employee queries about policies, benefits, and company procedures.
    • Maintain confidential personnel files and ensure data accuracy.
    Training and Development
    • Coordinate training sessions, workshops, and team-building events.
    • Track training records and measure program effectiveness through feedback.
    • Help design simple learning materials and e-learning modules.
    Performance Management
    • Support annual appraisal processes by collecting forms and scheduling reviews.
    • Track goal setting and performance metrics for employees.
    • Assist with recognition programs and employee awards.
    Employee Engagement
    • Organize company events, celebrations, sports days, and team activities.
    • Conduct pulse surveys and share feedback with HR leadership.
    • Support welfare programs like health camps and insurance coordination.
    Compliance and Reporting
    • Learn labor laws and help with statutory compliance (PF, ESI, labor returns).
    • Prepare basic HR reports on headcount, attrition, and hiring metrics.
    • Assist during internal/external audits with document preparation.
    Department Rotation
    • Spend time in different HR areas (recruitment, payroll, training, employee relations).
    • Shadow senior HR managers and attend leadership meetings.
    • Complete assigned projects and present findings to management.
