Job Description

    Requirements Analysis
    • Gather business requirements from stakeholders and translate them into technical specifications.
    • Clarify scope, features, and system behavior before development starts.
    • Identify gaps, risks, and dependencies in proposed solutions.
    System Design Support
    • Assist in designing system architecture and choosing suitable technologies.
    • Define software functions, workflows, and data interactions.
    • Work with developers and architects to align design with business goals.
    Testing and Validation
    • Support testing to make sure software meets requirements and works correctly.
    • Help review defects, track issues, and validate fixes.
    • Participate in user acceptance testing and release readiness.
    Stakeholder Coordination
    • Act as a communication bridge between users, business teams, and technical teams.
    • Explain technical impacts in simple business language.
    • Support project planning, progress tracking, and coordination.
    Documentation
    • Prepare functional specs, process flows, and system documentation.
    • Maintain records of requirements, changes, and solutions.
    • Help create guides and handover documents when needed.
