    • Lead and support projects and people across engagements in a business area
    • Engage with clients to understand their problem, suggest the approach and present findings
    • Deliver the engagement at expected quality and timeline focus on client satisfaction
    • Manage teams Guide teams on delivering the projects / engagement, provide timely feedback on the deliverables and engage with the team members on their growth
    • Engage with partners and directors to drive and achieve business and quality metrics
    • Identify business opportunities for various services and actively contribute to solutions development at the practice level
    • Help in developing the knowledge repository for the team
    • Support the leadership in driving client in sector/ function penetration, practice management service and market leadership
    • High business awareness and general information of sectors/ solutions, focus on productive work.
    • Working to continuously enhance Client delight and customer satisfaction
    • Work to continuously enhance client delight, customer satisfaction and ensuring quality deliverables, completion of risk formalities and support in achieving the set financial targets
    • Experience in education/skill development/ livelihood/social sector in India

    1. Experience and skills:
