Manager Automation and Process ImprovementThe role will focus on deploying and leveraging Lean Six Sigma as well as leading identification and application of process digitalization through Automation / Robotic Process Automation.The Process Optimization and Automation Manager will be responsible for evaluation, design, and implementation of best practice business processes to improve service and business efficiency. The incumbent will be expected to analyze data related to workflow, processes, and reporting to evaluate the efficiency of current-state business processes. Additionally, you may be deployed to support design of future state workflow design across the HR Solution function.The candidate will support the implementation of process improvement including design and deployment. The incumbent will design and assist team members in creation of project status updates / reports that will be sent to leadership team. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of business processes across HR function with the ability to help design and recommend process changes, procedure redesign, etc., as needed to support the business while assisting with quality. Common objectives for process redesign across the business will be to maintain high quality, customer-focused service delivery, to ensure the business remains compliant with ever-changing regulations, and to preserve transaction accuracy and efficiency. This position will also have a role in collaborating cross-functionally with colleagues representing various verticals within the HR Solution.Database Developer In this role, as part of process re-engineering you will be required to utilize your exemplary VBA and SQL and MS Access skills to maintain a wide range of databases while ensuring high levels of data quality and availability. You will also be responsible for providing a high quality of systems support by researching, tracking and resolving escalated issues. You will analyze regular feedback on process and systems and develop and implement action plans to resolve issues.Regular refreshes of various access databases Design and deploy data structures, forms, reports and queries Co-ordinate the development and maintenance of various relational databases Identify inefficiencies and flaws in current databases and implement solutions Diagnose and resolve database access and performance issuesDocumentation Creation and maintenance of all database documentation Provide systems training materials and reference documents as well as facilitating systems trainingResponsibilities Application of process digitalization / automation using advanced Excel / MS Access / PowerBI Focus on the customer and be an active participant in creating a seamless experience Analyze existing workflows, perform benchmark gap analysis and assist in the design to transform work flows / automation opportunities to create efficiencies / reduce risk Develop processes and procedures to effectively meet or exceed customer expectations. Develop & update process documentation, work instructions and other tools to support executionQualificationsEducation: Bachelor s Degree in any related fieldTraining Requirements (licenses, programs, or certificates): Lean Six Sigma Black Belt or equivalent experience. Project Management Professional (PMP) or related certification is a plus, Automation expert with hands-on experience in developing automation workflows in database involving SharePoint / MS access / VBA etc.Experience Minimum of 7 years experience leading process analysis and redesign utilizing lean methodology Automation experience using Advance Excel/ Power BI/ VBA or MS Access Hands on experience with data feeds, data reconciliations and databases Expert debugging abilities Advanced Excel skills Expert with adding VBA add-ins for MS applications Exemplary Visual Basics abilities Advanced MS Access skills Advanced SQL relational database skills Strong analytical skills and ability to translate data into measurable action and present projects to management for evaluation and prioritization Demonstrated experience leading others in process analysis and redesign initiativesOther Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:Must be detail oriented and highly organized Excellent collaboration, teamwork and interpersonal skills Knowledge and experience in using of MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint required General Knowledge of Workforce Management Tools required Must embrace change and have a proven track record of process redesign Excellent written and verbal communication skills Effective time management and organizational skills,
