Your key responsibilitiesUnderstand the client requirements Conduct Conference Room Pilot (CRP) Prepare and review As-Is & To-Be processes Design technical solution to resolve the challenging requirements of the client Prepare and review functional specification and technical specification documents Configure / Customize the product to implement client requirements Guide the team to implement the desired functionality Perform performance improvement in the application Lead the team Analyse and propose solutions for the bugs that are hard to replicate Fix bugs coming out of production / testing environment Estimate the requirements in terms of required efforts Provide accurate status to manager and stick to the timelinesSkills and attributes for successStrong interpersonal/networking skills Analytical thinking and problem solving skills Passion for learning and a desire to develop technical and consultative skillsTo qualify for the role you must haveBachelors or Masters degree from an accredited institution 4-5 years of experience on Oracle SIM and at least 3 projects either on support or on implementation Functional /Technical Skills on Oracle SIM Modules Experience on other modules such as RMS, ReSA, RPM, ReIM, RIB etc. will be an added advantage Training on Oracle XStoreIdeally you ll also haveSelf-motivated, tenacious with an entrepreneurial approach Effective written and verbal communications to work collaboratively with project and practice teams and client stakeholders Flexible and able to work effectively in a fast paced environmentWhat we look forPeople with the ability to work in a collaborative way to provide services across multiple client departments while adhering to commercial and legal requirements.
