We even promise to let you bring your kids and pets to work. The Role Apply expertise in data analytics in support of an enterprise Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system. Participate in data requirement work sessions focusing on field selection, data definitions, reporting needs while working directly with the functional architect, technical architect, and client stakeholders. Participate in developing and maintaining a data governance framework and strategy. Provide additional support to team members as needed.Your Most Important Initiatives:
    • Analyze selected data sources and prepare regular reports that monitor sales and marketing teams progress on meeting business goals and achieving KPIs
    • Manage all Salesforce CRM reporting and dashboard creation and maintenance
    • Partner with internal teams and vendors to continuously improve data quality
    • Explore and mine large data sets to find new and insightful relationships
    • Responsible for reviewing, approving and implementing all Salesforce customization requests related to data (sources, inputs, custom fields, etc.)
    • Maintain data sync between Salesforce and integrated systems
    • Establish relationships internally to understand internal and external data needs
    • Improve data quality and availability by building business processes that support standardization and global adoption
    What You Bring
    • 5 - 7 years of experience with developing and documenting the components of data analysis and governance best practices
    • Ability to communicate effectively, demonstrate advanced analytical concepts, and earn certifications in Salesforce or related technologies
    • Professional experience managing and working hands-on with CRM data (Salesforce, Zoho, Dynamics, or equivalent)
    • Experience in managing and standardizing a company s data
    • Ability to work cross-functionally, gather requirements, analyze data and generate insights and reports that can be used by the business to make decisions
    What Success Looks Like
    • Learn and document current data structure in Salesforce and Hubspot and ensure continuity between fields and systems
    • Identify inconsistencies in how data is being reported across teams and regions
    • Establish and document reporting framework to be used by sales leaders, business intelligence, and revenue operations teams
    • Align stakeholders throughout the company to standard data inputs, outputs, and definitions
    • Build relationships in each region to understand data nuances and develop standard definitions
    • Maintain data integrity ensuring all data sources meet internal standards
    • Develop data management process including implementing duplicate checks and resolutions, account hierarchy hygiene, and approval process for evaluating requests from the field
