Job Description

Excellent knowledge in any two of the below RDBMS technologies:

Oracle, MS-SQL Server, DB2, Sybase

Good knowledge of HP-UX, Solaris and Linux

Should have worked on large database deployments / infrastructure environments

Knowledge of middle-tier / Application servers will be preferred

Should have around 12 yrs of IT industry experience of which 2-3 years in Database Infrastructure support as a People Manager

Must have prior experience in handling 24x7 Operations

PMP, ITIL, Green Belt Certifications is a huge Plus

Good Customer Interfacing, organization, Planning and execution skills

Strong focus on quality methodology and continual improvement

Good Negotiating, influencing skills and people managing skills,
