Job Description

Role & Responsibilities:

  • Research seasonal trends, colors, prints, fabrics, and styling
  • Contribute in seasonal concepts development for Sztori Brand
  • Creating sketches based on seasonal concepts and rendering the same with appropriate color/prints
  • Create design line sheets based on the Creative Concepts and Seasonal Assortment and socialize with respective stakeholder
  • Create detailed Technical Sketches with accurate fits, colors, BOMs and socialize with Sourcing and Fit Technicians
  • Ensure smooth cross-functional activities with on time design inputs
  • Manage design approvals and maintain a detailed tracker for easy reference
  • Collaboration with the rest of the brand creative team on design projects like trend presentation, product bible etc
  • Use analytics and provide design solutions and support in overall business of the brand
  • Ensure brand imagery and marketing communication is on point through precise catalogue and marketing guideline
Qualifications & Experience
  • 4-6 years experience and Grad/Post-grad from NIFT/FMS
  • Well rounded experience in Fashion designing in Mens wear category
  • Strong communication and articulation of ideas
  • Ability to manage multiple deadlines and calendars
  • Ability to handle work independently with minimal supervision
  • High proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop
