Job Description

    Roles & Responsibilities :- Handling tax compliances & litigations in USA, Singapore, UK and various other jurisdictions- Reviewing customer / vendor contracts and suggesting strategy to optimise tax implications- Handling quarterly and annual audit closure- Liaising with tax consultants, auditors and various teams globally Required Skills (Technical Competency) :- Must have at least 4-5 years experience in direct taxes (preferably international tax) - Must have worked in corporates for at least 2-3 years and handled a team- Must have good communication skillsDesired Skills :- Chartered Accountant- Must have the eagerness to learn continuously.Pratyusha GThis is for one IT Industry in Bengaluru.This job opening was posted long time back.
