Job Description

    1) Responsible for understanding the System Requirements, Implementation, Testing and Documentation technical specifications2) To derive the Sub-system requirements from the System requirements3) To guide and mentor the cross functional team (Hardware, Basic Software, Appl. Software, Testing, Production)4) To lead technical reviews to ensure quality parameters are being met.5) To deliver engaging, informative, well-organized presentations.6) To resolve and/or escalate issues on time.7) To review work of the development team and maintain relevant metrics of the same.8) To recognize system deficiencies and implement effective solutions.9) To lead suppliers and development teams, and own successful delivery of time-bound projects Experience 8 to 12 years Industry Preferred Automotive - Advance Engineering / Engineering Services Qualifications B.E/B.Tech (Embedded Systems, ECE, EEE) & M.E/M.S/M Tech General Requirements 1) Sound knowledge of development process, product life cycle2) Good Knowledge on Project Management activities.3) Good knowledge of Functional Safety ISO26262, and experience on SW Development in conformance of the same4) Good knowledge of Software technologies, development. two-core development tools5) Good understanding of networking/distributed computing environment concepts.6) Ability to prepare reports and examine setting forth progress, adverse trends and appropriate recommendations or conclusions.7) Good knowledge of standard development tools.8) Experience with ALM Polarion, SVN, and project management software9) Experience in Agile/Scrum Project Management methodologies10) Excellent troubleshooting skills with test preparation and execution11) Expertise in automotive component design and application12) Strong knowledge of Hardware development, CAN protocol and Diagnostics.13) Knowledge on ASPICE ComplianceJob Segment: Engineer, Engineering, Automotive ,
